Bodylogic Integrative Physical Therapies
Meet Phil Rolfe, PT, DPT, ATC
Active listener who facilitates healing
I opened Bodylogic in 2017 with a simple belief: healing works best when it happens in a calm, focused space—without distractions, and with someone who really listens.
With over 25 years of clinical experience, I provide one-to-one physical therapy designed around your needs, not clinic volume.
People do better when they are heard, seen, and then provided with gentle, intelligent guidance toward their healing.
My approach:
If you are in pain, I look closely at all influences. I have training in pain neuroscience education and will work to help you understand how pain works in your body.
If you are weak, I find safe movements to help you regain your capacities. I use multiple approaches to strengthening, including Pilates principles.
If you have joint restrictions, I can help you recover your joint mobility. I use muscle energy techniques, manipulation, and unique mobilization techniques.
If you have soft tissue restrictions, I can help you recover a normal soft-tissue feel. I use hands-on tissue release techniques to allow for more tissue comfort along with dry needling, Graston techniques, etc.
If you have had surgery, I can help you safely regain your function. I use all of the techniques listed above following surgery. I have 25 years of experience with orthopedic surgeries, specifically joint replacements, shoulder and knee ligamentous / tendon reconstructions.
I love the progressive nature of the field of PT and take every opportunity to learn.
My credentials and experience:
Physical Therapy degree 1999
Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy 2015
Athletic Training degree
Extensive Rehabilitative Pilates education
Pain neuroscience education training
These qualifications give me a wide-angle lens to help you reach your goals. At Bodylogic, you will have one-to-one time in a calm, supportive environment that helps you feel at ease——and ready to heal.
Outside of my work, I enjoy time with my wife Khristine, 2 kids Landon and Kaia, and our dog Clover. I have a passion for nature, photography, hiking, travel, and music.
