Intake evaluations are 75 minutes and consist of a comprehensive individualized assessment. It enables us to work together to identify areas of concern in the body and develop a plan to address them.

Booking a one-time Welcome Visit is the first step towards understanding your areas of concern, like feeling unsteady on your feet or needing to elevate your core strength.

I offer 3 specialized approaches within my Medical Wellness program to support you:

  • balance therapy

  • strength & bodywork combination

  • therapeutic Pilates

This 60-minute Welcome Session is designed to understand your needs and immediately implement strategies to help you get strong, find stable ground, elevate your safety, and feel your best!

Medical Bodywork doesn’t require an Intake Evaluation or Welcome Visit!

Just come in and feel better!

Medical Bodywork is a very effective, localized soft tissue treatment utilizing many possible modalities. It’s TARGETED relief. It can also be a great addition to a current physical therapy care plan to support overall holistic wellbeing.

Integrative Medical Bodywork can include:

  • Intramuscular Dry Needling (there is NO deeper soft tissue work!!)

  • Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization

  • Graston Technique

  • Cupping

  • Bodywork

    This work is very specific and very focused on the area of pain or tension. With all of the possible modalities, we will get to the source of your problem.

These sessions can be booked at will and are offered in 30 and 60 minute increments.
