We all have places on our body that can be incredibly tight and painful from time to time. Typical Massage Therapy can be very general and encompass your entire body, which can be fantastic. But, if you are needing a very specific area addressed, I have the skills and expertise to significantly impact soft tissue dysfunction. I will change all of the layers of tissue with my powerful techniques. You will feel like a new human.
You choose the region in which you are seeking relief and together we can select which modalities will be most impactful. Choose from:
targeted massage therapy
intramuscular dry needling
cupping
hot stones
instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization
graston techique
and more….

Are you living with joints that are not operating at their fullest range? What if you could put off or avoid a knee or hip replacement? I am your joint mechanic!
Joints need space, flexible tissues, and nutrition via synovial fluid to work their best. Together we can leverage Medical Bodywork and Medical Stretching techniques to bring your joint mechanics back into balance.
We will look at your current joint patterns to assess what your individual body needs in order to put your joint back to it’s optimal functioning.

There are no better practitioners to stretch your tight muscles safely than someone who practices Physical Therapy. We use many techniques, including percussion massage, contract relax/reciprocol inhibition, deep tissue release, intramuscular dry needling and more to give you the best stretch of your life!

Patients seeking Medical Bodywork can book a session at their convenience. Upon arrival we’ll have a conversation about your concern or goal for the session, and what technique or techniques can support these goals.
Medical Body work is offered in (2) different time increments 30 minutes and 60 minutes and can also be combined with regular Physical Therapy sessions or Medical Wellness sessions. No evaluation is needed.
Please note, Medical Bodywork is not covered by insurance at this time.
